A STEM Carnival and Gaming Tournament all in one spot? Art Way Alliance is ready!

Come join us on March 28, 2020 to crown the best gamer and engage in some great STEM activities. We will be there with Tyrone Barnes hosting the following workshop:

The Art and Design of Video Game Characters

Congratulations! You’ve been selected as the Lead Concept Artist on a new video game. With the help of artist Tyrone Barnes and your newly assembled team, come breakdown the basics of game design and learn how to create various video games characters in their environments. These classes will look at some of the most famous video game characters and discuss what makes their design successful. Students will have the opportunity to incorporate what they have learned into their own designs.
