Hit Confirm: a Brief History of Character Design for Video Games
Video games are the only mainstream art form in which the audience is not just present, but rather participating in the story.  It’s characters are not ones to simply be watched, but “used.”  How does one find a way to make a compelling character that is just as much fun to use as to watch?  Game designers have come up with a lot of answers to this question over the years. Come sit down with Tyrone Barnes to see a brief summary of them!  Q&A afterwards.
